We feel that, with 40 years of experience, we can handle any size job in a professional manner, on a timely basis, and within budget.

Our field personnel average 25 elite union plumbers who have maintained an excellent reputation based on their proficiency, performance and attention to detail.
The past 12 years has found us caught up in the “Loft Madness” in downtown Chicago. In that time we have experienced everything from rehabbing existing timbered-framed buildings to cast in place concrete structure with post tension cables. In the last 4 years a majority of our services have been provided on schools (mainly with Chicago Public Schools and private colleges), hospitals, assisted livings and with the zoological society. We have worked with some of the most aggressive General Contractors in the Chicago area and have had no problem keeping up with their schedules. We are very proud of our past accomplishments and feel with our vast experience and our dedication to implement new technology; we can provide you with support from job inception to its completion.
Who We Are
We are a 4-5 million dollar a year company whose jobs average from $250k to $1m dollar range and we have no problem running 12 to 15 jobs concurrently. When needed, we can provide sewer and water from simple street connections to complete site work for a new or existing development.
Recently, we have branched out our operations to the west due to the current “Recession.” The “Loft Madness” has transformed into the “Assisted Living and School Madness.” We are fully prepared to deal with an ever-changing economy, and to “Follow the Work.”
